I have been buying lots of baby products the past 5 months and the one that really stands out is Mamas & Papas. They are literally the best baby brand in Kuwait. To be the best brand requires a lot of things such as product quality, customer service, quality of delivery, and % of returned products. When it comes to quality, their products are superior. I started buying things I don’t need because of their amazing design and quality. I think I became a stroller collector, because so far I bought 3 and thinking of the 4th one but it is sold out already. Customer service is really great, they are really responsive and knowledgable about their product line. I bought the products from the avenues store and rose is the lady who really took care of me and my wife. She is excellent at following up and when I was interested in a product and it was out of stock. She calls me when it is back in stock because she knows that I am interested in buying that product. Their delivery is really amazing, they deliver very fast. If they are late, they send me an email telling me that there will be a delay. Also the percentage of damaged products is none so far and they always deliver all the products without missing a single package. I bought products from the other baby stores in Kuwait and I really regret that decision. One big store delivered a piece of furniture with missing parts. I talked to them and they sent me the same exact parts that i have not the missing one. I am going back and forth with them and after 2.5 months, they told me that they will refund me via credit card. Until now I didn’t get back the refunded money. They require so much follow up that I am fed up already. Their delivery is also horrible, they mark something delivered and I get an email saying the product was delivered, but I never received anything. 2-3 days later, I get the product. I was told this the trick by the delivery company where they trick the company they signed with.
The management of Al Tayer Group is really impressive, and because of that I would buy everything from them even if it cost much more than their competitors.
