Three days ago I got the chance to try Gyros for the very first time. I ordered both the chicken and beef sandwiches and both of them were with saj. My instant favorite was the beef gyro, which I had with tahina sauce, lettuce, arugula, and pickles. It was a perfect sandwich and the best beef gyro sandwich I have ever had. The beef gyro is so tasty by itself and the thickness of the carving and the spices are perfect as well.
