After 6 years of waiting, my favorite soap is finally being sold in Kuwait. I was really excited when I got to know that Method is being sold at Tons Store. I started using Method soap when I was in the US. When I was younger, the kind of soap didn’t matter to me much as long as it had a good smell. I never thought of the difference between natural soaps and chemical soaps until I got eczema. This is when I started to shift to natural products, even if the smell isn’t as intense but I know for a fact that it is better for me in the long run. I started by using Method soap and I continued to use it until my last day in the US. I stopped getting eczema and felt much better. When I came back to Kuwait, things were difficult once again. It took me sometime to find something good enough, but not as great as Method. Now since Method is back, I don’t have to worry at all. Try Method out and let me know your comments. I am a big fan of natural soaps, and my favorite soap has always been Lush. I usually buy Citrus Lemon-lime at Lush, but they only sell it for a limited time every year. I tried soaps from difference places such as the Lebanese House, and imported soaps from Turkey. In my opinion Lush is the best in terms of soap quality and smell, but the soap only last for few days of my usage. Few weeks ago, I found a new company creating extremely high quality soap and it is made in Kuwait. The company called Le Parfait and they use the highest quality ingredients in their soap. I couldn’t believe that they use that much of expensive ingredients in their soap, and they use them without adding fillers so they serve the highest quality possible.
When I tried Le Parfait soap, I loved the ingredients, the smell, and I was surprised by how long it last. The soap last about 3 of my usage. At Le Parfait they sell the following types of soap.
- Myrrh Soap
- Activated Charcoal Soap
- Goat Milk Soap
- Oatmeal & Honey Soap
- Papaya Soap
- Shea Butter Soap
The prices are so inexpensive, and I am really willing to pay more for the quality and ingredients that I am getting. Now Le Parfait is my very soap company, and before every trip. I take Le Parfait soap with me from Kuwait.
So far my very favorite one is the Myrrh soap, but I haven’t used them all so far because they last much longer than expected. I am very happy to see Kuwaitis creating high quality factories, and I personally call that level Swiss quality.
