The healthy meals subscription became a big industry in Kuwait, and now I see more and more people subscribing. The results I saw in person for those who commit were really impressive. I personally want to join, but I am such a random person where I don’t like such commitment. I decided that if I don’t lose enough weight by myself until June 1st, I will subscribe to one of the below companies. Sometimes I buy a healthy meal from the supermarket, but I choose what I feel like to eat that day. I ate meals from few of the below companies and some are really good for healthy food. Surprisingly now I am hooked to buying a healthy cheesecake from Numou. It is one of the best cakes ever, and the amazing part is that it is a guilt free dessert.
Numou : I have tried Numou many times and it tastes really perfect. I bought multiple meals from Numou, but still I haven’t subscribed yet. I am thinking of subscribing on June 1st if I don’t reach my target goal. The thing I like about Numou is the perfection to every single detail. I got their sandwich box the other day and I was impressed of how perfect it was. Each sandwich was cut to the same exact size, not even a millimeter difference. Even the ingredients inside each sandwich is so consistent in terms of distribution and quantity, so I feel each sandwich tastes exactly like the other. The packaging is really nice, and I feel like I bought a luxury item when I opened the box. The combination of taste, quality, and value is what makes Numou very special.
Diet Station : I heard lots of great feedback about Diet Station from friends and family, because their food is really tasty and they were innovative for being the first to release an App in the market. From their instagram I saw a post saying they have 3,000 customers which is really impressive. Diet Station is one of the leading brands in Kuwait
Wolf Nutrition : One of the most recommended option in the market and some people consider it to be among the top in the Kuwaiti market. What I really liked about Wolf Nutrition is that their social media is so engaging. Their Instagram stories is really fun to look at and I personally got excited when I saw their content. It is one of the options on my list if I choose to subscribe.
Lina’s & Dina’s : Lina’s & Dina’s was recommended by my friends and when I saw their Instagram page it got my attention with their dessert posts. I will try to order one of the desserts sometime next month, because I could tell from their posts that they do a good job.
Diet Center : Diet Center was the very first healthy meal subscription I have heard of. I remember my cousin when he joined around 2 decades ago. I still remember when we used to go to Johnny Rockets next to AlFanar Mall and he has his meal with him. I still remember how he looked at us when we were eating burgers while he was eating a healthy sandwich. Diet Center were pioneers in the industry and I saw lots of people losing weight back in the day.
Diet Care : Diet Care were pioneers in the industry as well. I went to their store few times and had their food and it is good. I usually go walking from my office with my coworkers. It is an option that keeps the whole team satisfied.
Lofat : For me Lofat is great because I find them in my supermarket. Sometimes I am hungry so i garb a sandwich from the supermarket next to my home. I got excited when i saw their frozen food such as Sambosa and Kuba. I really like the creativity of their constant product creation and innovation.
Protein : I have heard a lot about Protein and they did a great job with Ramadan offers. They priced the packages at really competitive prices offering great value to potential customers.
Tuning : One of the places that I would like to try because of how attractive their Instagram posts are. They really got my attention with their posts, and I felt that they are offering more of a lifestyle rather than diet meals.
Basic : I have heard of basic from friends of mine. Some have subscribed with them and saw very effective results. They liked the food, and they told me to try it. I still didn’t get the chance to taste their food.
Calorie Control : From what I have seen Calorie Control is offering extremely inexpensive packages for Ramadan. Starting at 56 KD which is a really affordable plan for such service. I think it is a smart strategy to reduce the barrier of entry.
