I just had a great experience at Villa Fayrouz. I always go to Villa Fayrouz Shaab branch, and I love their food and their customer service. Sometimes when I don’t feel like to go, I order via Talabat. Since I came back to Kuwait back in 2016, I have been ordering regularly from Villa Fayrouz. Today was the very first time, I get a missing item in my order. I ordered the Chicken Tawook Combo, and it comes with Chicken Tawook, Hummus, and Fattoush. The order was missing the Hummus, and it is the most important item for me. I contacted Talabat via Live Chat and they told me they have a problem reaching out to Villa Fayrouz. I found Villa Fayrouz number on Google Maps and I called them. I explained that the hummus was missing in my order so the customer service person transferred me to the manager. The manager’s name was Wesam, and he was extremely helpful and professional. He asked if I need anything beside the Hummus, but I only wanted the Hummus. I was very happy of how Wesam handled the situation. The Hummus was delivered within less than 15 minutes, so I was extremely happy as a loyal customer. For me this is the magic recipe for every successful restaurant. Tasty food + great management, and this is how every restaurant should be. Thanks again Wesam for the great customer service.
