A month ago I was invited to have a look at the new Flare Fitness Women Gym in Jabriya. I was really impressed during the tour, because the owners thought of every single detail. The design, the finishings, and the function of the gym were extremely well done. The gym reminded me of Equinox which is my favorite gym in the US. Flare Fitness made sure that they have everything the women need in one gym, and that’s why they built a 4,800 sq.m gym. When it comes to needs, the first that came to my mind was where will the kids stay at, and they have a wonderful kids room that is designed for kids to spend lots of time. It was fun, colorful, and really cool. They also have Doh donuts store and a Macro Cafe where the clients can eat or drink healthy stuff before or after their workout. Of course I am talking about Macro Cafe, because Doh donuts will be for the cheat meal. The swimming pool was one of the coolest things I have seen, because it is filled natural light from the sky light and the pool is surrounded by glass all the way to the upper floors. Around the glass there is a track where people can run overlooking the swimming pool. The vibe really gives energy, and this is the beauty when someone hire professionals to do the layout, selecting the materials, and properly design the lightning in the project. To take a break, there is a game room where there is multiple game machines and a fooseball. Overall the gym is extremely well done and it can host up to 500 members per hour.
